Please measure the size of any sofa according to the following picture. The size of sofa covers you choose can be 20~30cm larger than the actual size of the sofa, so that the extra part can be hung down to protect the side of the sofa or tucked under the sofa to prevent slipping.
1. Armrest: Please choose armrest towel according to the dimension GxH.
2. Seat Cover: E*(F+10~30cm) 1PCS; B*(A+10~30cm) 1PCS; C*(D+10~30cm) 1PCS.
3. Backrest:
- If P<60cm, it is recommended to choose 70x70cm
- If 60cm<P<75cm, it is recommended to choose 90x90cm
- If P>75cm, it is recommended to choose 110x110cm

Our processing time consists of order verification, product tailoring, product quality check, and packaging. Due to the high volume of orders at the moment, our processing time is 1-3 business days.
SHIPPING TIME:
The shipping time refers to the time your goods takes from being shipped out to being delivered to your doorstep.
All orders within the continental United States will be shipped from our United States warehouse, and all other orders will be shipped from our international warehouses depending on which is closest to your residency. However, if our US warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from the kas international warehouse.
Our current shipping times range between 5-15 days business days. Shipping times may vary depending on where in the world you are ordering from.
Our shipping times are averaged from our last 5,000 orders, so we can provide our customers with the most accurate and transparent shipping information we can.

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
